What if my product is faulty:

We offer a 12 Months Replacement Warranty.                                                                                          

If you do have a fault our support team will advise to post your isocket back to us.                 

We will test the device if the fault is found, we will send a new replacement unit to you.                                                                                                                                
Shipping for returns:

Customer pays for shipping, we pay for the replacement shipping.

What can be returned:

No refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice unless prior arrangement.
